Wisconsin Continuing Education (Dwelling Qualifier)
Wisconsin Dwelling Qualifier's are required to complete 12 hours of state approved continuing education every 2 years. We now offer the following programs online or via home study.
Plan Reading Education and Analysis
- Course is worth 4 credit hours
- Available online for via home study
- Contains only 40 graded questions
- $35 for online version or $45 for home study version.
- Upon completion you will recieve a certificate of completion and we will notify the state

What is the difference between an online course and a home study course? For our "online course", all of your quizzes and reading can be completed on our website. You will receive instant feeback from your test scores and you will also instantly receive a certificate of completion. You are permitted to print and save any of the course documents. Our home study program works in a similar fashion as the online program except that we will mail you all of your course documents, quizzes, and answer sheet.
